Welcome to our quick guide to using our eCommerce website. This guide will walk you through the basic steps to browse products, place orders, and manage your account, helping you enjoy a smooth and easy shopping experience.
1. Find what you are looking for
You can find products in several ways: use the Search Bar to type what you’re looking for, click Shop or Explore Our Harvest in the main menu to browse all produce, or explore Collections like Popular Items on the homepage. 🛒🌱
2. Explore the product details
When you click on a product, you’ll see the product description, item price, an option to choose the quantity, and an "Add to Cart" button. 🛒
3. How to add to "quotes"
To add an item to your quote: select a product, choose the quantity, and click “Request Quote.” A confirmation popup will appear, and the Quote icon at the top right will update to show how many items you’ve added. 🛒
4. How to review you quotes
When you click the Quotes icon, you can review all selected items and quantities, adjust quantities using the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons, remove items if needed, and click “Request Quote” when you’re ready to submit. 🛒
5. How to proceed with your quote request
At checkout, confirm or enter your shipping and billing addresses, then follow the prompts to complete your quote request. 🧾
6. What happens next?
Order Confirmation – You’ll receive an email with your order details and the attached quote. Please reply with a purchase order to confirm your order.
Shipping Notification – We’ll email you when your order ships.
Remember to sign the invoice upon delivery and return any damaged items, if needed. 📦✅
